Must get the $200 Nevada State Business License first, THEN apply for the city license.
Visit lasvegasnevada.gov — look for "Business License," "Business Tax Certificate," or "Business Registration."
Most cities now have online applications. Some still use paper forms you mail or drop off.
You'll need: your business name, address, what you do, your SSN or EIN, and sometimes estimated annual revenue.
Typical cost in Las Vegas: $200 (state) + $100–$500 (city). Pay online or by check.
Usually takes 3–10 days. Physical businesses post their license where customers can see it.
